Peer Pods are small group Zoom sessions designed to help members build accountability, emotional intelligence, and emotional maturity in a supportive community setting. Each call gives you the space to reflect, share challenges, and practice real-life scenarios with others who are on the same path. The goal of Peer Pods is to create a safe, structured environment where members can grow together. These aren’t lectures — they are guided discussions where every participant contributes, learns, and holds space for one another. In each Peer Pod session, you can expect to: Set weekly goals and receive accountability check-ins Practice emotional regulation and communication in real-world scenarios Learn tools for self-awareness, discipline, and emotional maturity Receive feedback and support from both peers and facilitators Strengthen confidence, empathy, and resilience through group interaction Why book a Peer Pod? Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Gifted Mind State LLC. By reserving a Peer Pod session, you agree to the following policies to ensure a safe and valuable space for all members. 1. Eligibility Bookings are open to active 24k Gold Members only. You must be 18 years or older, or have verified parental/guardian consent, to participate. 2. Booking & Attendance Peer Pods are hosted live via Zoom in small groups. Spaces are limited, Max is 15 participants. Bookings must be made in advance to reserve your spot. Please arrive on time. Entry may be closed 10 minutes after start time to avoid disruption. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cannot attend, cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Missed sessions without cancellation are considered forfeited. Summaries or group notes may be shared for those unable to attend. 4. Code of Conduct Respect, honesty, and confidentiality are required. Peer Pods are safe spaces, harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Members must not record, copy, or share discussions outside of the group. 5. Technology You are responsible for maintaining your own Zoom access, internet, and devices. The Company is not responsible for technical issues on the member’s side. 6. Confidentiality & Privacy What is shared in Peer Pods stays in Peer Pods. Members agree to respect the privacy of all participants and not disclose personal details outside the session. 7. Refunds Membership fees and bookings are non refundable except as required by law. If the Company cancels a session, we will notify members and provide a reschedule. 8. Disclaimer The Peer Pod is intended for accountability, emotional intelligence, and group learning. They are not therapy, counseling, or professional advice. Members are responsible for their own choices and outcomes. 9. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
