Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Gifted Mind State LLC. By reserving a spot in the Research Mastery Lab, you agree to the following policies to ensure a respectful, smooth, and valuable experience for all members. 1. Eligibility Bookings are available to active 24k Gold Members only. You must be 18 years or older to participate, or have verified parental/guardian consent. 2. Booking & Attendance Workshops are hosted live via Zoom. A valid email address is required to receive your confirmation and meeting link. Bookings must be made in advance. Spaces may be limited to 30 members to maintain quality interaction. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cannot attend, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the session through your account. Missed bookings without cancellation are considered forfeited. Recordings of workshops will be available to 24k Gold Members who could not attend live. 4. Code of Conduct Respectful, constructive participation is required. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or abusive language will result in immediate removal without refund. Confidentiality: Content and discussions inside the Lab are private and may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed without permission. 5. Technology Requirements Members are responsible for maintaining their own Zoom access, internet connection, and devices. The Company is not liable for member-side technical failures. 6. Intellectual Property All workshop materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Gifted Mind State LLC. They are provided for personal learning only and may not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes. 7. Refunds Membership fees and bookings are non refundable except where required by law. In the rare event a session is canceled by the Company, members will be notified promptly and a reschedule will be offered. 8. Disclaimer The Research Mastery Lab provides educational content and critical thinking training. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. The sessions are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. 9. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
